Lousiest customer service I've ever encountered. I bought some pulley's and belts for a product I'm developing and found that the ones I ordered would not work. They were not the size I need. I want to return them for a refund but can't get approval from the company to return them. Seems I need "management's approval" to return something but no one there can get that approval. Seems they don't really like customers to return items for a refund. What company doesn't accept returns? You shouldn't have to jump through hoops and wait weeks just to return some items for a refund. We're not talking thousands of dollars, not even hundreds of dollars, but for a one man business like mine, every penny spent is important.

Our experience has been great with ordering fasteners and spacers ,they came quick and that's a plus when we can rely on a company to do their job quickly and efficient .we use fasteners and spacers through out the day on our machines so knowing we have a product that will work correctly helps us make up our minds about the company we are doing business with.

High quality supplier of fasteners for our labs and manufacturng process. We use fasteners to factory close a medical device box and many other devices. These are high quality fasteners.

Purchased many worm and helical gears from them for small mechanical equipment and automation products. Between SDP and WM Berg, you can find absolutely anything.
