Strengths: Great products, American Made, super reliable. We have used S&W products for many years. They have a high quality of manufacturing, offer great customer support and provide us with a great weapon system. We use both handguns and long guns. Their S&W M&P series is a great platform for our Officers.

Needs to improve: High initial purchase cost.
