We contracted Solopoint Solutions, Inc. to address our staffing vacancies for skilled engineering personnel. We were extremely impressed by the candidates from Solopoint as the were able to assimilated quickly and hit the ground running. Furthermore, the time it takes to train the personnel, the less time we have to complete the task at hand, as our company is up against deadlines that are forever shifting. Our company appreciates their level of customer service along with the quick turnaround for personnel needs. Solopoint accurately evaluates their personnel before sending them out on interviews, it save us a time and money. A great run company for engineering and CAD support.

We contracted Solopoint as we needed to bring in a senior level engineer to spearhead a new product campaign. We were impressed by their level of screening and qualification as the more thorough, the more time savings on our part. Their candidates were extremely well qualified, skilled and assimilated quickly into our firm and product management team. Great customer service as we were kept informed throughout the process. Solid staffing experience and will be happy to recommend.

Our company used Solopoint for a few projects when we were in need of mid level engineers to assist on design and prototype projects. Solopoint was great in determining our needs, financial constraints, and other considerations and we felt they really took the time to determine the needs instead of trying to fit square pegs into round holes. Their candidates were extremely well qualified and we had a positive experience.

we needed a few engineers to resolve one of our system issues so we used solopoint to contract a few of their engineers for a week to come to our office. they have engineers for a multitude of issues your company may need and their engineers are fast, knowledgeable, well trained. their staff is available for short or long-term staffing ad are available for industrial design, mechanical, electrical and manufacturing engineering.

We have brought in temp designers and engineers. Also have hired direct employees through them. Have not been disappointed.
Strengths: Dean Le is the principle (and sales guy) there. Straight shooter and has really good engineers and designers. Pro/E, Solidworks, NX, you name it he's got a guy for you. Trustworthy company.
