Spacesonic Precision Sheet Metal

Our company contracted Spacesonic as a partner to provide sheet metal bending services for a client prototype we were collaborating on. As a smaller firm with limited capacity, we often rely on third party vendors and subcontract some of the more specific requests. We were immediately impressed by Spacesonic's professionalism and commitment to the project. They offered quick turnarounds, stayed within the timeline and most importantly within budget. Work product was great and customer service ensured we were updated throughout the entire process. Quality team, quick turnaround and all at a great value. Will continue to use as a partner.

Our firm outsourced some contract assembly to Spacesonic Precision Sheet Metal because their facilities had some tool and die equipment and capability that we did not have. The experience was wonderful. Spacesonic was able to produce our parts at a great price and the quality was fantastic. We have never had a problem with any of the components they manufactured and our products are better for it. Their customer service was able to respond to our inquiries quickly and always provided great feedback. It was a great experience overall and we would highly recommend them to other businesses.

Spacesonic has a good selection of stampings, enclosures, off the shelf existing tooling for forming, louvers and the ability to make modifications as needed. Their sales staff was able to narrow our search down to the specific enclosure e to meet our company needs. Great customer service, always there to help and quick to respond to status, delivery, etc...

Strengths: Able to take our ideas for enclosures and produce our product. In addition, were able to incorporate at the last minute design changes and enhancements without slipping the initial schedule. They address our emails within a timely manner - always willing to help.

Spacesonic Precision Sheet Metal is an excellent vendor we have used in the past for hard to do sheet metal cutting and design. Our staff is at max capacity and unable to do this in-house. This is where Spacesonic is able to add tremendous value to my firm as we can contract out to them for these services as they are able to deliver quicker than we can, and also produce a more robust and quality product design. Very happy with our experience!

We contract out with Spacesonic for sheet metals and powder coating. They are a dependable straight forward company to work with, we give them the specs of what we want, the materials and color and within a few weeks we get our order, on time sometimes quicker and at or cheaper than the quoted price. Sometimes they adjust the price because of the labor involved, they always over estimate the labor. Their sales team is amazing, they want to build a relationship not just make a sale. Highly recommended.

I used Spacesonic for a sheet metal enclosure design. The enclosure had many PEM nuts, standoffs, vent holes, louvers, etc. They were able to make it to the drawing print with high accuracy. To ensure accuracy, they prefer to have both a drawing print and CAD assembly.

Pricing was very reasonable considering the amount of detail involved and the low prototype volume I needed. I would definitely recommend these guys for your sheet metal requirements.

It's been a great experience working with Spacesonic Precision. We've contracted them to do some final assembly for one of our product lines when we had a bit of a backlog. Spacesonic is a quality shop. Easy to work with and a pleasure doing business with.

Strengths: We used Spacesonic for big steel rings that required bending thr rings and welding framework into the ring. They also provided finishing in the part as well. It was all done for a reasonable price, on time and the quality of work was outstanding. I would highly recomend using Spacesonic for production parts as well as one off parts.

Spacesonic is relatively inexpensive when compared to other products and I must say excellent service when it comes to getting your components on time.They are very responsive and helpful with any questions. We order enclosures from Spacesonic for are dental lab. Good material to work with that you can customize as well. They also have better selection of component machining & assembly. Sales staff at Spacesonic help us pick the right enclosures for our specific application there expert opinion help us narrowed down our research. Good customer service.
