Spirit Airlines

Do not fly this airline. You think it's cheap, but after they charge you for every little thing, it's not worth it. And if you got a long flight, prepare to be uncomfortable.

Like all the other reviewers....stay away.

Strengths: Cheap fair...if you don't want anything but a seat.

Needs to improve: Nickel and diming for everything. Crappy seats. Not that many flights.

Spirit is seemingly cheap but they charge for carry-on luggage, charge for even the most basic of refreshments, and charge if you want to choose your seat. Seating is uncomfortable and cramped, and there are constant delays. Never again.

Needs to improve: Poor customer service, excessive fees, poor quality planes

Used them one time for a last minute conference and they had so many additional fees, it was ridiculous.

Needs to improve: Worst airline... So many "hidden" fees.

Avoid Spirit if you can.

Needs to improve: A lot of hidden costs. Horrible customer service. Rude flight attendants. Flights often delayed. Cabins are normally old and run down.

Yes it is probably the cheapest fare you can find but you may not know when your flight is gonna take off because of delays and horrible service.

Needs to improve: Limited availability and schedule, bad customer service, old and smaller airplanes
