Strengths: This is a great company we use to supply our fleet mechanics with repair parts for our vehicles. We primarily use them for improvement parts over stock related to our 4 wheel drive fleet. We use them to purchase uprated suspension pieces like shock absorbers, springs, heavy duty steering linkages etc. They have a great supply, excellent website, fairly reasonable prices and decent delivery (depending on how much you want to pay) They carry name brands and we get our order complete with minimal back-orders. They have great customer service and return and warranty issues are easily fixed.
Needs to improve: No local supplier around us. So you have to wait for a delivery. If you select next day, the price of shipping can eat up any savings over purchasing local.
