Tellurex provided us with a custom thermalelectric to provide cooling power in our device. They were easy to work with and had good customer service. We only had a problem with a few parts that we received backwards.

Strengths: Custom thermalelectric. Customer service. The provided us with 3d models and drawings of the custom part. Easy to work with.

Needs to improve: We had a few parts come in backwards, but issues were resolved.

Fairly responsive, had a few quality issues in a custom assembly but were able to iron it out with some work from both sides

Strengths: Able to create a custom solution to fit our complex need. Worked to benchmark our current design to yield a more efficient cooling solution.

Needs to improve: Project Management of multiple projects at once

Our facilities dept has used this firm for their expertise in heat control systems and management of the entire heat process. The cleanroom manufacturing has strict requirements to maintain and the leave it to the experts really apply here..

Strengths: Excellent engineers in their field

They were a supplier of custom assembled thermoelectric units. All units functioned and performed as specified.

Strengths: Custom thermoelectric assemblies.

Needs to improve: Assembly quality issues for small run volume.
