Great ability to keep us supplied with what ever we need and in a fairly rapid fashion. We have a local supplier and can get our needs filled quickly. Pretty good customer service and a dedicated sales rep.

Strengths: Wide range of solders, flux, welding and brazing rods and assorted welding supplies. Small to large volumes and reasonably economical. The products perform very well for our needs and we know we are getting the proper joining of metals. They also make a decent range of oxy welding equipment. We just don't use them, having committed to another brand.

Needs to improve: For the solders, fluxes and welding rods, their products are great. For the oxy welding equipment, they don't seem to perform as well as Victor torches, their flames seem to vary a bit due to unstable valve settings.

This vendor Harris products group used by our company for solder and fluxes in our assembly process. We done this to our devices in our company. Their products are really reliable that gives great deals and also offer cheap shipping that is always on time. Quality service is really great and low cost pricing while the selection are vast so I recommend this vendor to all. Totally worth a try. Customer service is so friendly and nice.

Great tools for the job. great service.

Strengths: We use Harris brazing and soldering equipment at work for a multitude of tasks. They have great torches for all ranges of oxy/acetylene welding. Their bronze wire and fluxes make welding easy and provide great oxygen barriers. The welds flow smoothly and evenly. Their oxy cutting torches can burn through the thickest plate with relatively ease. We are able to get replacement parts and accessories such as O rings and valve bodies to fix what breaks.

Needs to improve: I personally prefer Victor torches because they seem to have better ergonomics. But there is very minor differences. Just a personal preference.

Our company uses Harris Products for Solder and Fluxes for our assembly process. This is done before we test our medical devices. Customer service is fantastic as they're always happy to provide us solutions for the trickiest of scenarios. The majority of our clients require custom designs and projects so ensuring quality throughout is key. We haven't had any issues with Harris. The Harris Group is a great resource for Metal Joining knowledge. They truly know welding, brazing and soldering. Their products and people have been instrumental when I've need to join tough to combine materials, such as soldering Nitinol to Stainless Steel.
