Time Warner Cable

On the rare occasions there are issues it can take some time to get a representative on the phone, however we have had TWC for quite some time and are very happy.

Strengths: Our internet has always been fast and reliable, allowing for quick access to business emails, skype meetings, and other important business functions.

Needs to improve: When looking at high volume IP based phone systems a dedicated stream is required and can be costly to upgrade your service to that.

I had tw cable a while ago and it was fine. The cable selection was good and the price was cheap. But once I got directv and saw their "guide" interface I realized how crappy tw cable really was. Have never gone back to tw. Wouldnt recommend it if you want any features to your cable selection.
