I evaluated a Worker pressure decay tester as part of a final inspection process. The equipment itself seemed well built, and while a bit cumbersome, it was easy enough to use. We experimented with pressure decay testing enough to know that it is difficult and highly dependent on the test set-up. We decided to go another way.

I have also used TM equipment to perform burst testing on Tyvek/poly pouches. The machine worked well, and was able to discern between the various sealer settings, allowing us to validate our final pouch seal.

My start up uses TM Electronics for package testers to conduct analysis within our research group. The burst testers are extremely accurate in their readings and garnered deep insight for us to refine our prototype. They are extremely user friendly and backed by a superb customer service team. They were quick to answer any questions and always accessible to address any slight problems. Will order from them again.

I used one of their burst testers, and it worked well. Simple to set up and use. Burst testing definitely keeps people on their toes with the noise! I only used it for testing pouches, but the machine did have a styled for testing lid-sealed trays as well.
