The staff is very knowledgable and helpful when we had questions of our plastic coating needs ,they took care of us when we came to them and the staff was so polite with us.we went to a company in the past for this but they did not meet our needs so we found Tua system ,and the plastic coating they did for us was done right and we have not had any issues with them and thats why we will be back.

Our medical devices needed surface treatments so we came to Tua Systems because they're known for quality work at competitive prices. When we reached out to Tua they were very responsive and knowledgeable. They provided great insight and flexibility. Very friendly staff. They were able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. Overall we've had an outstanding experience with Tua and will continue to support them. We would highly recommend them to other.

I didn't had any issues regarding their work andi see their work that is really dependable and durable. The customer service are friendly and nice. We have use Tua before when we needed some of our hard plastic parts coated. They were quick to get us our parts back to us. Turnaround time is awesome and they don't give you any false info. Great company to work with!!

I called their CEO and he explained to me the entire teflon coating process and what advantage it provides.

High level of customer service

Needs to improve: They are located in Florida so can't try coating small amount of feasibility parts. They only do large batches.
