Uni-Marble and Cabinet Inc

Our company needed to update our facility (breakroom and kitchen) and decided to use Uni-Marble and Cabinet. They have a wide selection of cabinets and countertops - which was a plus. However, it was hard to find someone to help us while we were on the floor. When we did find someone to assist us, the salesperson wasn't helpful since he wasn't able to answer my questions. We were transferred around and received different quotes from different salesperson. We looked at some of their floor displays and the quality wasn't there. Our experience wasn't a great one and decided to use someone else.

To get good pricing on granite, this is the place to go. Their granite are all pre-fabricated, which means they are pre-cut and bull nosed to standard cabinet depths. You can't get a full slab here like you see at the fancy super expensive granite shops. but the pre-fab cuts will meet probably 99% of us out there, the other 1%, well, they don't got the 99 problems that some of us have.
The selection is pretty huge considering everything is pre-fab, so you should be able to find something that suits your styles. They do carry grainite, quartz, marble, etc. They also have a good selection of tile as well as other items such as sinks, showers, etc.
The installers were all very good and attentive as well and responsive to my requests.

There are locations also located in SF and hayward. I went to their san jose location.

We were looking into redoing our communal break/kitchen area. We wanted something nicer a more homey feel and looked into uni tile and marble. We loved their selection and quality of products that they offered. They also had great pricing. However we did not love their whole processing after that and customer service. They seemed very disorganized, the sales team kept on giving us different quotes on pricing, ship times and availability. They definitely need better management or a good central directory. Treat all customers the same whether they're a big company or not. If you have a ton of patience and don't mind a little work to get what you want, (they're so huge they'll like have what you want) go with them.

We contracted Uni-Marble and Cabinet Inc for granite countertops. They are a large scale building material company whose number one priority is their customers. We were impressed by their professionalism and dedication. The granite was very high quality. They also offered very competitive pricing that didn't break the bank. Customer service was easy to reach and friendly. We had no trouble at all ordering from them. They shipped our order right away and in no time our shipment arrived. Overall great experience working with them and will continue to do so. Will happily refer.

We used Uni-Marble to install industrial cabinets in our R&D lab and they did an excellent job. they used very high quality materials and had excellent workmanship. The workers were very courteous and hard working and kept very clean work areas. We were very please with the work they did.

Needs to improve: Pricing is a little high, but well worth it.

We're a custom design shop and we need to source various materials for client requests. We source our granite from Uni-Marble as they offer a wide selection of high quality options at a great price. Customer service adds great value as quotes are accurate with quick lead times. Will continue to source as our clients are happy.

Overall a great vendor with a large selection. Fast delivery and good prices.

Strengths: They have a large selection, we utilize uni marble for upgrades on our pantry/break room and the whole process was quick and made the whole room look so nice.

Needs to improve: The only issue with Uni Marble was their customer service, not the greatest.

We had industrial cabinets installed at one of our retail locations. They were quick and professional.

Strengths: They have the largest selection of granite and quartz slabs as well as a good selection of industrial cabinets. They have great turn around time, where others might take 2-3 weeks, they can turn a custom cabinet in about 5 days

Strengths: They have a large selection, we utilize uni marble for upgrades for our clients for home remodeling. A company with good quality and various selection of marbles and cabinets. One stop shop.

When we had our cafe re molded they used Uni-Marble to do the counter tops in the break room!! Awesome company with a well liked product
