like i said earlier theyre customer service is fantastic, they got back to me very quickly and they're associates were very informative, especially ashley!! she help me and my coordinator out with processing most of our orders. Only thing they could really work on would be the shipment, wasn't the best fastest processing shipments i;ve worked with before but still overall a wonderful company to do business with.
Strengths: I've recently switched to this company for varies reasons not just because they have great and very responsive customer service, who get back to you very quickly and informative but because i just found their soss hinges to be the greatest most handy hinges i have ever came across. They're extremely durable and can handle some serious heavy duty weight without breaking but for how strong they are they're also shockingly very discrete and hidden. And the quality is just phenomenal! The shipping costs are very competitive too
Needs to improve: The costs could've been more reasonable considering how my company would order at bulk and wouldn't get much of a price break, but then again you pay for what you get..
Used Soss hinges (and Salice - different brand) for a number of doors on enclosures on capital equipment. Very uniform and reliable for attachment into all materials (sheet metal in my case). Never had an issue with these in production or filed use.
Strengths: Soss invisible hinges are rugged and ... hidden. Excellent choice for industrial enclosures. Very reliabel and can handle a large amount of weight.

Needs to improve: A little pricey
Our machine shop has order many saw replacement blades and saw from this vendor. The quality is always reliable. These get used lots and hold up well. Dependable supplier and customer services.
Strengths: High end saw replacement blades
Needs to improve: expensive and long leadtimes
