We order pressure test equipment from Uson routinely as our protocols call for needed testing as we head towards approval. Customer service is great and the staff knows the industry well. They're always available to offer suggestions and have actually saved us some money. Their results are accurate, realistic and that' what we wanted. Will continue to use their products as any defects detected early mean not having to go back to the drawing board completely.

Strengths: product quality, reliability, ease of use, convenience, customer service

My start up orders pressure test equipment from Uson regularly as our development process calls for necessary testing as we move to product launch. Customer service is top notch and the team knows the industry well. They're always available to offer suggestions and have created value for us. Their products have aided in detecting defects early so that we dont need to start from square one late in the process. Will definitely use them again.

Strengths: Reliable product, great customer service, on time delivery

Pressure Decay Test Equipment - A (sometimes) necessary evil

I have used Uson pressure decay test equipment as part of a final inspection process. The equipment itself is solid, and easy enough to use, however, pressure decay testing is a somewhat tricky proposition, and requires extensive process development to ensure accurate results. This is not Uson's fault, but it is the nature of the problem.

Strengths: Leak testing equipment

Needs to improve: leak testing is hard
