Super great customer service
Strengths: Our company has over 50 employees who work in very dangerous and hazardous enviroments. They routinely work in rough terrain and fight wildland fires. I have managed a contract with West Coast Shoe Company (Wesco) for over 30 years. Wesco custom fits and manufactures boots for all our workers. As a result of their custom made boots, we have less workers comp claims for foot and ankle injuries. Their boots last longer they off the shelf brands. They make a great product.
Needs to improve: Custom boots require a significant lead time
