At times needed to add specific personnel to meet our R&D Engineering, manufacturing, production, operation requirements; due date brought in, requirements changed, etc... Because they have a great screening process the personnel can hit the ground running - not a lot of delays with regards to supporting our manufacturing needs - supplying staffers to meet production requirements: assembly, checking, sorting, etc.... Their customer service is always there to help and listen to our specific requirements. Look forward to using them in the future.

We have hired engineers from this agency. The quality of talent is fairly high and consistent. They have a lot of candidates to choose from and it's an organized process to interview and hire them.

Strengths: They have a large candidate pool to choose from. You can find great candidates as long as you invest the time to filter and interview.

Needs to improve: They have a large pool of people, but you have to take the time to filter it to find the right candidates for your company.

We contracted West Valley Engineering to fill a few entry level vacancies as were happy with their candidates. They were both well qualified which was a testament to WV Engineering's vetting process.
