Westward Products are amazing. They are a quality team with lots of solid products. Great sales reps and friendly customer service. Although their catalog is large, we typically only use their heat guns. We offer free returns at our company and sometimes we get some customers who take advantage of returns and exchanges. A small portion of the customers like to mark up, label add various items to their returned items. Whatever the case and reasoning we have used Westward's heat guns to remove any adhesives on our products. They are hot enough to melt certain plastics and damage items, but when used with care they can melt the adhesives and make it easier to strip labels off. Great great product.

we use their heater guns in just about every department in our facility to remove old and unwanted labels from our dialysis machines and also to remove our stay safe mounts. when stripped screws are holding them down we use the heater guns to melt the plastic surrounding the holes and pull it off. we also use the heater guns to calibrate our heater on our dialysis machines.

Needs to improve: maybe the guns should come with some sort of cover that goes over the barrel for when its extremely hot just for some safety precautions

We use their heat guns to calibrate the cycler's temperature settings. They come in two speeds, one that melts off your hand, and one that takes 15 minutes to increase the plate by 10○C. A few of us have accidentally burned our hand on the metal nose as well. R&D needed to know how many Volts were used in the low and high settings respectively and couldn't find it printed on the gun anywhere. While it does get the job done, I believe there are high quality heat guns elsewhere.

We use Westward products Inc. tools in our engineering and manufacturing labs at our northern and southern facilities. We purchased a number of tools from them based on their price, reliablity and durability: Hammer, Soft Faced, 16oz, rubbert mallet (3 options) and dead blow hammer (varity of options). The price was extremely reasonable and we were able to attain the tools within a couple of days.
