Their repair/support department was very knowledgeable and was able to help me figure out right away when I had trouble with the handpiece over the phone. I did not have a down time!

Strengths: I love their website. Our office has their Platinum Pro-Select scaler and I loved it (It is easy for my hand when cleaning the patients' teeth). They have a video (youtube) on how to use this particular product and its maintenance.
