Strengths: Zymo clean spin technology wins the DNA/RNA purification race. We exclusively used Zymo kits for our handling of clinical prep samples, medical diagnostics and testing prep. Got precious raw sample? Don't lose out on recovery with the competitor - Zymo gets it all! We lose zero sample in the final spin step and have never had a problem. Tech support always has the answers and sample kits are always available. We have tried all the major vendors and no one has better recovery.
Needs to improve: The only qualm is that the elution buffer be packaged better. I thought we lost it, but it fell through the cardboard cut out.
