Gotta love the price, but HATE their delivery. Every time I fly Southwest form SFO my flight is either delayed or cancelled. I have never left on-time. I now fly out of Oakland since SFO is so bad.

Strengths: Very inexpensive

Needs to improve: Never leaves or arrives on-time. Constant flight delays and cancellations.

Delicious food, wonderful peanut salad. We use them often for catered lunch's at the office.

Needs to improve: Delivery takes a while, not always when they say they will deliver.

Great experience, they were spot on with their staff. Will definitely use them again.

Strengths: Very professional company and employees. It was easy to get a quote, and send them our needs. The food service employees they sent us were amazing! On time, hard workers, and knew what they were doing.

Needs to improve: They have a 5 hr minimum, our event only lasted for 4 hours.

Very professional, smart, forward thinkers. They have a very high standard for cooks. They hold their employees to a high standard, sometimes a little too high.

Strengths: Guckenheimer provides quality experience and management to the Food Service Industry.

Needs to improve: They are a bit expensive at times
