Needs to improve: Passive devices have limitations and draw backs. It is important that the radon professional understands the limitations and guidelines for using their devices in order to achieve accurate testing results.

The Radalink Telemonitor and Air Cat testing devices are at the top of the industry in regards to device sensitivity, counts per hour, and accuracy. Other brands of equipment make claims that they are just as good, but if you look at the specifications of their equipment, they don't come close. This translates into Radalink affiliates being able to provide the most accurate and dependable tests in the industry.

Strengths: Radalink is the industry leader in regards to radon reporting. Their reports are clear, concise, and show numerical and graphical data. Also they are customizable with affiliate logos and company information.

Needs to improve: Radalink affiliates will pay a bit more than with other competitors, however the benefits of the company and service make up for this cost offset.
