Lousiest customer service I've ever encountered. I bought some pulley's and belts for a product I'm developing and found that the ones I ordered would not work. They were not the size I need. I want to return them for a refund but can't get approval from the company to return them. Seems I need "management's approval" to return something but no one there can get that approval. Seems they don't really like customers to return items for a refund. What company doesn't accept returns? You shouldn't have to jump through hoops and wait weeks just to return some items for a refund. We're not talking thousands of dollars, not even hundreds of dollars, but for a one man business like mine, every penny spent is important.
