When we contacted Ace Seal, we have been hooked with their products and services.. They are really a certified manufacturing facilities that give us the very best quality, price, and lead-time available in the industry. Their initial step is to visit the company and then laid down their observations and gives you an initial quotations. From then on, the agreement between you and them will come up and the progress will goes on and on. They have a very fine products with an affordable price.
Strengths: worldwide leader in Sealing Solutions,specializes in the manufacturing of Standard & Custom O-rings, Seals, Molded Rubber Products, and Custom Gaskets from many different types of materials., keen to details, with attentive and knowledgeable customer service and great pricing

We have been ordering Ace seal & rubber for many years, and still no flaws or negative experience for my business! They always been on time with shipment and arrived safely, unlike other places I have ordered from! The website is real easy to use and order from. Great custom work as well.

Ace Seal & Rubber has been our primary vendor for all of our rubber seals for our equipment. The seals have never gave us any issue. They sell some of the highest quality seals around. These guys really make ordering in bulk easy for us always meeting all of our deadlines. With how fair the pricing is and how great the product is it makes it easy for us to go through them.

My company contracted Ace Seal & Rubber to provide us with custom o-ring for a retrofit kit on our dialysis equipment. We are using them as a local source to supply us with O-rings per our specification from our European division. After the initial visit we were able to attain a quote and schedule that we were both in agreement on. They have said all the right things, and engineering and procurement has been happy with the progress. They are open to giving us status and answering all our questions. This product has a lot of visibility and we cannot afford to miss schedule due dates. Furthermore, they were able to save us two weeks off the schedule if we purchased the parts from Europe.
Strengths: - accurate quotes - attention to detail - technical design assistance - competitive pricing - custom product capabilities
Needs to improve: none so far, just started to work with them on making us a custom o-ring

Supplier is dependable and has good quality rubber seals with good color choices. The seals are reliable and provide a complete seal as required. These are used to keep moisture out of our medical device units..
Strengths: Nice selection of rubber seals in many colors

Very good experiences here. We have been buying from them for several years and so far, no problems at all. Very easy to work with and very good customer care.
Very good service and support. We had 2 suppliers and one of them (in South San Jose) became just too hard to work with. We now use Bay Seal as our main supplier. They are very knowledgeable and flexible.

Poor customer service. Very difficult to work with, especially with respect to getting a problem solved. They want to push their high-profit solutions even if they may not work for your project. Basically a reseller. Try McMaster, Bay Seal, or Pacific Rubber. Much better results and much more helpful!
