3D Solutions Inc

I have submitted multiple drawings for quotes and each time it has taken multiple follow-up calls and emails to get a response over the course of several weeks. The quote has always been the highest. I've heard they provide excellent work, but they are a last chance vendor for us.

Needs to improve: Response time, cost, customer service

We have used 3D Solutions Inc in the past for both visual models and detailed urethane casting. Their work product is excellent and really helps us determine whether we want to roll out the prototype into a full product on our assembly line. A little pricey but the work product is excellent and helps save considerable amounts of monies in the long run as we can green light or kill a prototype after this step. 3D Solutions adds tremendous value to my firm.
