We've had a mixed bag with ABX. Our first experience was generally positive with quality work products and a rather quick turnaround. However, the second time we experienced some issues with regards to quality control. Nonetheless, customer service reps did their best to solve the situations but reliability is a concern. Hopefully it was just a one off experience. Aside from that, their service staff and managing team are very helpful and offer quality solutions.

We used them as contract manufacturer. If you keep good communication and a watchful eye with them they can do the job.
Strengths: Good at making pcb. Good pricing. Willing to work with you. Nice people.
Needs to improve: Quality systems were not the best. Need to check up on them.

Strengths: I have not had direct relatioship with ABX, however, in research a CM for our needs, ABX came across and they seem to have high manufacturing capabilities. They had good quality system in place and were willing to be price competitive.
Needs to improve: Not sure yet.

Long lead times for items, must stay on them to meet deadlines
Strengths: Large Facility, Well versed in Custom PCB Assembly, Competitive Pricing
Needs to improve: Project Managers are slow. Quality System is in place but record keeping and Good Documentation Practices are terrible.
