we have partnered up with Accenture since our small business opened and have worked with multiple teams within their company ranging from business/operation strategy, risk management, to international development when we initially were expanding internationally. their consultants are top notch and some of the most knowledgeable people our company has ever worked with. their end product is high quality, dependable, reliable and they are able to advise in very small to large projects. Accenture is one of the best consultants in the world and we will continue with maintain our relationship with them

Strengths: leader in their sector, very knowledge team members, extremely fast turnaround time, consultants are very responsive, digital business, IT strategy, risk management, operations strategy, sustainability, enterprise transformation, corporate development/growth, mergers and acquisitions.

Needs to improve: none

We hired Accenture and they provided the right individuals and team we needed for our software migration. It was a quick turn around with very few delays. Their service was great, and were accessible. The team answered all of our questions and got the job complete.

Strengths: Accenture were product and service experts in the IT implementation field. We needed a strong team to help us migrate and transition into a new enterprise system and their experience and expertise helped us make the necessary business change.

Needs to improve: Their fee's are higher than average but you are hiring experts who have done the type of work before and knows the highs and lows of a migration.

Quality custom software was delivered. We didn;t have to redo much of the work at all.

Strengths: strong project management skill. high end communication skills by every consultant we worked with. very technical and well verse on the business and technical side of the house.

Needs to improve: Their fees are extremely high. We went over our contracted rates for the project and had to go time and materials. One of the main consultants we worked with had to leave 75% into the project. His replacement was also replaced later on.

Accenture was brought in to analyze our management structure and billing methods. They brought in a great team of people with great experience, although some not as experienced with others. they helped to implement some new systems and improvements to our existing infrastructure that ended up improving our workflow and cut costs. Would definitely recommend and work with again, but be prepared for the cost.
