Strengths: Accutek has great in house expertise. They are knowledgeable on testing standards and can help you design the tests you need to run. They have an environmental chamber as well as many in-situ testing abilities.

They build their own load frames so they have pretty large capabilities and can add custom testing to meet your needs.

They have been very good at keeping your testing confidential. Every time I visit, all other tests are covered up so to keep from seeing others components and tests.

we sent our prototype to accutek for testing services. their testing laboratories are ISO certified and they do the testing in a timely fashion proving excellent and accurate results. we specifically reached out to accutek to perform wear testing as well as failure analysis testing on our devices. they have very experience engineers who specialize in medical devices. another feature accutek offers, although we didnt use was their engineers can work with your company to customize testing plan that is beyond ISO or ASTM certified. we have received very accurate results from their engineers and they have a very responsive team in answering questions

We were very pleased with our experience with Accutek Testing Labs. We were rolling out a new medical protoype that we usually do not have much experience developing, and needed a very specialized testing procedure done. Accutek fortunately came to the rescue and helped guide us along the way to ensure we were testing for the correct metrics for product reliability. Their staff was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable and helped every step along the way. Very pleased with the result and will use them again in the future.

We are small firm that outsources or mechanical testing to service providers. We were referred to Accutek by a colleague who commented on their expertise. Our firm hired Accutek Testing Laboratory to obtain a welding qualification for the benefit of our clients. In a crowded field of welders, having an additional certification allows us to stand out from the crowd. When I was interacting with their customer service department, they were very knowledgeable about their services and how they could benefit my firm. Their prices were very reasonable and we were able to get our certification without any hassle. I would recommend Accutek to anyone!

Accutek is a solid testing facility for materials testing. I would recommend them, particularly if you are close to Ohio.

Strengths: We used Accutek to test multiple samples of bone cements. They can handle standard materials testing (compression, tension, bending and fatigue testing). They work very close with you on the testing protocol and let you me as hands on or off as you see fit.

Needs to improve: Their machines are a little dated, though still very capable and accurate, but not the newest technology.

I've only used them for testing medical devices, but clearly they have knowledge of many other industries too.

Strengths: John and Greg are really smart guys and know a huge amount about the various ASTM standards that you need. The lab is chock full of machines, and we rarely have to wait to get our samples started.

Needs to improve: I know that all of this experience and equipment isn't cheap, but sometimes it can be cheaper to sub out testing elsewhere.

My company was in need of certifications for our welding compliance and Accutek came through with flying colors. Their prices were reasonable, their customer service knowledgeable and excellent. Their prices were in line with competitors, but their overall package is what set them apart. Would gladly work with them again.
