they did a good job. no leaks here anymore. project manager was a helpful guy who knew what he was doing and didnt mind getting his hand dirty.

Strengths: they show up early ready to work. great rates. manager is a very nice guy. licensed and insured. large crew who all seem to understand how to work.

Needs to improve: several mexican's speak very little english. clean ups after each day could have been a little better. music was a little loud, several tenants complained.
