western messenger is a local Currier we use to do our inter/intra city transportation. they offer same day delivery 7 days a week, 24hours a day and even on holidays which some of the major transportation companies do not offer this is important as our industry does not operate around holidays therefore there are times when we need things transported during holidays, off hours, etc. these guys are dependable, always on-time, friendly staff. very reliable and a great local company with love working with

My experience with Western Messenger has been great. They do their job well and are a service we used often.

Strengths: The strength of Western Messenger is their timeliness when picking up and dropping off envelopes. This is very important to us as we rely on their service a great deal.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Western Messenger is that on occasion the courier will come to our office and be a little all over the place. I think all the couriers should be briefed on how to act when in a professional environment.

Couriers are a necessity when clients demand revisions and confirmation after hours. There are a number of service providers we contract out to so we can have back ups, but Western Messenger has always been good to us. Easy to reach, accurate timelines and they get whatever we give them wherever it needs to be, asap. Will continue to refer and keep in our rolodex.
