Most of the mills I have ever used were equipped with Acu-Rite DROs. They make machining quick and repeatable as you can identify new datumns quickly. A must have for all of your manual machining operations.

We have a small in house R&D machine shop to create prototypes. They had purchased the 200s Readout system and have been very happy with the performance for their Milling and Drilling needs.

We use Acu-Rite DRO's on all of our vertical mills. The acu rite products cannot be beat for reliability and accuracy. A must have for any machine shop.
