The plastic laser machining experts. Resonetics is very capable of laser machining plastics. They are quick to turn around prototypes.

We recently worked with Micro Arc to prototype a welded component. They were very responsive and we're able to provide a sample within a few days. Their customer service has been great.

We use Eraser prices for stripping wire. Their cone strippers make quick work of stripping insulation from fine wires. We also use their glo rings for shrinking large shrink sleeves. The glo rings make quick work of shrink sleeve and produce a uniform shrink

Marlin makes good quality thermocouples and thermocouple components. They are a good alternative to Omega

We use several Digital Precision Corporation digital microscopes. Their products are high quality and reliable

We have several microscope systems from McBain Systems. The microscopes are very high quality and provide great high quality photography of small features.

I use Fuji Electric PIDs more most of my temperature control projects. They are very dependable and easy to setup. They also feature an auto tuning feature which makes tuning the PID a breeze.

We purchase from MSD fairly regularly. They have a large selection of IV poles, pumps, sharps containers, etc. They provide great customer service and ship product quickly

Sabic has a selection of polymer resins which are well suited for medical devices such as Ultem and Valox. I used both on injected molded components in the past. The materials had great properties for the application.

We use Eastec access control devices at the office. Their system allows for various access levels to control how has access to specific areas of the building. The system makes it very convenient to maintain security at work without impeding employees' ability to get around.

We use Shimpo handheld for gauges in our test lab. They are accurate and reliable. Good Gage's for quick tests

We use Troemner analytical precision weights for calibration of lab equipment and for tests requiring precise weight. The weights are very precise and nicely packaged to minimize the risk of damage

We use Farnam fan heaters to I warm air chambers for adhesive curing. The heaters work well and last forever.

WSI offers a large selection of modular workstations. We have several in our lab. They are very durable and well laced out. The integrated lighting is very helpful when working with small parts.

Watlow makes high quality temperature controllers. I have found their PIDs to be easy to program.

Albrecht manufactures high quality chucks for all machining applications. They are somewhat expensive but the quality justifies the cost.

We have several Brother P-Touch label era around the office that quite a bit of use. They are extremely helpful when labeling equipment or tests samples.

MCR Safety makes and sells Crew safety glasses. While not as expansive, their product line is competitive with Uvex. I find their glasses to be extremely confortable.

Hamilton makes very high quality glass microliter syringes and accessories. I have used their syringes and dispensing systems in the past for very precise dispensing of fluids and introduction of bubbles of know volume into a test fixture.
