Adeptia

Adeptia is our vendor for the data Integration and business process management software. we currently use their software to consolidate our database, build our database warehouse integrate with our currently cloud application and the software has the ability for our system to implement a real-time interface between our multiple existing systems. since installation, the software has really streamlined our process and decreased downtime. the integration process was easy and they even sent a technician and consultant out to train and integrate the system - even though we are located in california and their office is in chicago. there are other data integration software out there that cost less (this software is approx $1800/month) but the service that comes along with it is unparalleled and thus we have chosen to keep this software within our company. this is a new software only released 3 years ago but they are constantly upgrading and currently are on their 5th edition since being released in 2012. during the upgrades, we have had a few technical issues but they were able to resolve them remotely
