I've always used Adobe's products since I started working as a designer. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work.

Strengths: Hello VendOp,

I want to provide a review of the products offered by Adobe Systems Inc. Particularly, the image editing software (Adobe Photoshop). As a Web Designer / Developer, this tool is essential to my everyday professional use.

Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended Version offers the following:
1. With this tool, you can compose and manipulate image with ease. The selection tool is backed up by an innovative technology that detects and masks the trickiest types of edges, such as hair and foliage with complete precision.

2. I also find it very efficient to connect from Photoshop to other design softwares such as Dreamweaver and inDesign. With CS5, it is useful to match color swatches from an image and get the actual HTML markup of what I am designing.

3. With CS5, there is an improved Adobe Ray Tracer (ART) engine in Photoshop which brings greater performance and immediate rendering of 3D scenes. You can edit your 3D project by choosing an option of re-rendering after a pause or selective renderings. Furthermore, there is a reduced amount of time it takes to preview key areas of rendering in high quality.

Needs to improve: I can't say that is is a weakness, but, Adobe Systems Inc constantly improves the quality of their products. With each improvements, similar to other companies, there equals the release of new products and upgrades & some of these updates could have been done from the beginning, but because of monetary value, the company withholds and release them as a new version for profit.

Our experience with Adobe has been fairly positive. Their website is easy to manage your users and products. If there are any issues, customer service is available to help. Adobe's new Creative Cloud pricing plan has been very beneficial for us. It has saved us time and money when dealing with licensing. Adobe's products are trusted in almost every industry and will continue to do so in many years to come.

Strengths: We use Adobe products in our place of business for photo editing and creation. Their products are an industry standard that most companies use. Adobe has a variety of applications that can be used for media creation. We their new pricing plan, we are able to save costs and purchase the Creative Cloud suite that encompasses all of the adobe products.

Needs to improve: None at all!

Adobe is one of the industry leading software developers for photo editing. If you have never heard of them you probably shouldn't be reading reviews on this website. I have been using their software for the past years and have gone through all the various software upgrades. They have progressively made improvements their photoshop software and have significantly improved their software suite. With that they have made their licensing more expensive as they are trying harder and harder to prevent software pirating. Overall we have been pleased with the software experience. Easy to use, tutorials for new users are helpful, and they're quick to respond to questions.

Great overall. This is mostly about Acrobat XI pro. This can be pricey, but it is a fantastic software that can add-value in any corporate or even creative work environment.

Strengths: Adobe Acrobat XI Pro is one of the best software products out there for document editing. We use this software all the time at my office for scanning, and manipulating existing PDF's, Word docs, etc. Highly recommended!

Needs to improve: Acrobat Reader (which majority of people out there have) sucks when compared to Acrobat XI Pro. The only function you have is to read/open pdfs, but there are better free programs out there that can do this basic function but also allow some editing.

we use adobe all the time - how can you not. it can get sticky paying for their systems and having it actually register that you have paid and have access.

Needs to improve: they can lock you out

We use adobe software including acrobat pro for all documentation and document control business processes. The ability to control document editing, printing, permissions, and content is vital where infallible record keeping is required. Digital signatures is a great feature we use often, and have never considered other software for this as Adobe is often an industry leader in document control. Cost can be high, but it is a necessary expense for us.

I use it for our company (Medical device) to design labels and presentations. I also use their video editing software for presentations.

I also use the product for designing graphic layouts for my photobooth business. Lots of different formats you can work with.

Strengths: All their products work well with each other. They are the designers of PDF. Create and edit PDF. The only software to use for graphic design.

Needs to improve: Expensive. The cloud version is not worth it. Too many different types of bundles to choose from.

Their PDF acrobat writer is unbeatable, portable and user friendly. Then, our company started to use their Photoshop. It's not intuitive. One must go through a series of classes. After a high ramp up, we finally are producing good ads

My experience with Adobe Systems has been great. It's a useful product/service - the PDF aspect has been the most helpful.

Strengths: The strength of Adobe Systems Inc. is the service their software provides. My IT department has Adobe on all of our computers and use it regularly.

Needs to improve: The only weakness I would say is the price point and having to install updates - but that's somewhat trivial compared to the product.

Adobe Photoshop is the industry standard and you won't find a graphics dept that uses anything else. Adobe makes great software and products and other software are commonly used all around the world. It is quality you can count on and is a language that everyone can understand.

Strengths: Great photo editing software, our graphics dept won't use anything else.

Needs to improve: No weaknesses since this is the program everyone uses.

We use Adobe software everyday, mainly their Acrobat product. I am easly able to convert a Word file into a PDF file and send it out for review. The photshop software allows for very powerful manipulation and enhancement of digital images. I use it all the time for developing work instructions and training materials for technicians.

Strengths: Adobe makes powerful photography (PhotShop) and documentation (Acrobat) software.

adobe makes some of the best set of software packages on the market. Adobe Acrobat is a standard on document sharing file. And there is their legendary suite of graphics apps such as photoshop, illustrator, premier. i have used all their products and no other company can compare to the standards set by Adobe in this area

I work at a government facility and Adobe is trusted with all of our document control. Every drawing, engineering document, procedure etc. is saved into our database using Adobe, and I use Adobe Pro fairly often to edit PDF documents, which really helps my work to progress more efficiently compared to if I didn't have the PRO version.

Adobe continues to provide great product that make my job easier and professional. I use it to make documents for everything, invoices, contracts and more.

Needs to improve: I've been using Adobe products for a while and it seems that they do no disappoint. There isn't anything I can suggest for them to do better.

Dealing with Adobe technical support can be a mixed experience, but with some luck, you will find someone who can resolve your issues.

Strengths: Excellent products for graphic manipulation and web publishing in Photoshop and Dreamweaver. Robust option for enterprise PDF forms capability

Needs to improve: Very high priced compared to lesser known options by smaller vendors.

I use the Creative suite for everything from video editing to sound editing and graphic design. My company develops apps and the creative suite is an integral parts of the sound and graphic design. The only problem I have with adobe products is that they are really expensive.

Strengths: They are the global leader when to comes to using PDF files. Software is easy to use. Adobe reader can be downloaded for free.

they make some of the best productivity software on the market. very functional and useful. costs are much lower these days, which is even better when compared to cost of their software in the past
