For us, this meant an insistence upon custom offerings, never cookie-cutter-here's-your-manual canned programs. I have a very hard working staff and after corporate tax season last year I thought it would be a good idea to do some team building activities. I researched a lot of options and really liked what Adventure Associates had to offer. They have a very unique and innovative approach to team building. We did the Geo Trek adventure and we had the time of our lives. We all really got so much out of the adventure, and I think we actually got a little closer to each other. Adventure Associates are expensive, but the results are well worth it.
Strengths: A very unique and valuable team building experience, active learning, great customer service, lots of fun.
Needs to improve: Expensive
We have a fairly large R&D Engineering group and we sometimes have problems getting along. Our VP brought in Adventure Associates to plan an off site adventrue to bring the group together. We did the build a boat activity and it was absolutely amazing. We learned so much about each other and really came together as group after the experience. I highly recomend Adventure Associates.
Strengths: Adventure Asscociates facilitates group adventures to foster team building and team motivation. The do an outstading job and planning every aspect of the team building adventure.

Our company wanted to build a strong working relationship between departments. We used Adventures "Build a Boat" team building experience. Our department did pretty well when compared to the others, It was fun to watch all the quality guys sink into the murky depths of the pool.

When i was first starting my business, i came to them for business consulting, and I used them to help me just start my business. They were very nice but very honest with what should be done.

There is a huge range of activities they host, and many locations they serve. A large part of how good your company operates is how your employees feel amongst their peers.
Strengths: Team building! Challenges, sports, adventures. All to bring your company closer.

We use this firm often for team building efforts for manufacturing, engineering, and many other depts. They are goo quality people who really want to help and get employees excited again and to get each other to rely on one another.

Great place to go for team building activities. did build a bridge... easy to tell who's got the engineering know-how after this and who doesn't.
they also do management training for some of those managers that might need a little help.....
