our company works with Aetna on multiple levels. first as a provider of healthcare insurance for our own staff. we offer multiple insurance pans to our staff and aetna is one of them. they are one of the more pricier options for our staff but provide very thorough coverage. on the other hand, they are a vendor we work with daily because they provide medication coverage for a lot of our pts. our pharmacy is contracted with Aetna to provide services. their pharmacy service reps are knowledge and they usually are able to resolve prior authorizations quickly
