Our lab has ordered a numerous variety of switches and circuit breakers from Allen-Bradley. There easy to use website has helped us always find exactly what we needed. Their products are very durable and high quality! We have called their customer service any time that we need to ask about pricing or questions about our shipments and they have helped us very professionally. Strengths: Allen-Bradley PLCs are considred the industry standard for quality logic controllers. There manufacture a wide array of PLCs to suit most needs both big and small.

Needs to improve: My only gripe with Allen-Bradley is with it's interface software. In order to program their controllers you must purchase expensive proprietary software. Each line of PLCs requires a different kind of software so if you buy multiple series PLCs you end up spending a fortune on software to program their already expensive PLCs.

We use their auto fill water bag automation machine everyday at work. The machine is used to fill water bags to heat and cool our medical devices. Makes our process much more effective and efficient on the production line. Very easy to use. Never had any problems with the equipment failing. Prices are fair. Fast delivery of equipments. Great customer service providers. Always on time.

We have been contracted with Allen-bradley for years now, and wow!! They really care about their business and their quality. Very impressed with their products and their knowledge within. I use their water bag auto fill automation machine everyday at my work. It's used to fill up the bags that are used for our dialysis machines to heat and cool down the machines. Very reliable and consistent. Never had any issues with the machine breaking down on us. The price of the equipment is pretty expensive but well worth it.

Overall unit function as expected. Maintenace is very important for this unit.

Strengths: Using our unit G047-80101 for many years now and it's been reliable. Easy to use. Maintenace is replacing the filter ( 1 micron) and wipe down. Inspect for cosmetics.

Needs to improve: Need to ensure to check for salt build up in the tank. Checkig for stains.

Used numerous indicator lights (NEMA and non-NEMA) on several automation projects. Also have used their e-stops on the same projects. Large lights are what is expected for robots, and these fit the bill. Good quality, long lasting.

I use these machines everyday at my work. The autofill waterbag machine is a superior quality and reliable machine. Never seen it break down during the assembly cycle of filling the waterbags up with water. Great systems!
