We use this vendor for precision maching capabilities we do not have in our in house machine shop. The high quality precision maching that our medical device manufacturing can appreciate, The line never stops due to this vendor! Reliable and very good CS!
Strengths: High Quality workmanship
Needs to improve: Long leadtimes and expensive for custom orders
Excellent capabilities with components, however, were sometimes weeks late with deliveries.
Strengths: Excellent quality components. We had a complex geometry for a metal component and Alpha Swiss delivered. Reliable and consistent quality.
Needs to improve: They were not good with being on-time with deliveries.
