Alpha Wire is where our firm sources a variety of tubing and wire needs for our medical devices. They've always had a friendly staff who will guide us through their products and ensure we get exactly what we need. I've noticed that Alpha Wires have been a lot smaller than some of our other sources so we are able to manufacture our products with a smaller more efficient design saving us tons of money. Although Alpha Wire does cost a little more than the competitors it has still been a beneficial relationship for us. We would recommend them as a solid vendor!

They find the custom cable design center very easy to use, and other competitors don't offer anything similar. It is great to be able to use such an online tool to work with them to get your custom designs quoted and created for you. Even if prices are on the higher side, custom cabling tools like this will keep us using Alpha Wire.

Their sales, customer service and website can supply answers to questions relating to cable and wires - specifications, regulations and Compliance; along with a section under site support: tutorials and guides. A great source for cable solutions for any application.

Their ordering process is pretty straight forward and they keep you up to date with your order. We currently order our heat shrink tubing from them. We make a lot of our cables assemblies in house so it's essential that we use a quality heat shrinking product. Alpha wire always supplies us with the best every time.
