overrated A/V cables that just have pretty colors. if you find yourself with a sales rep at best buy pushing these cables on you, run away. they only offer a aesthetic (much like their beats headphones). quality is not worth the price or just being smart about how you lay your wire and having a small amount of understanding of maxwell's laws. you can find equally in quality of cables for fraction of the price if you go to Monoprice.com or some other sources. getting good quality shielding and connections on your cables does not come at the price of $100 when you can get it probably at $10. save the money and put it towards a quality receiver where you actually will notice the differences

A few purchase orders were made with Monster for various cabling needs, but I would definitely not use Monster again. Just as with consumer products, Monster equipment for businesses is overkill and other vendors provide no name brand equipment which performs just as well at much less than half the cost. Would recommend doing your research and going with someone else unless your needs are extreme (i.e., huge scale, attentuation long cable distance, etc) which might require the high quality benefit of monster.

We at my club have purchased directly from Monster, their cables, speakers, and overall sound systems. Their customer is the absolute best, and they make the ordering of your cables fast and streamlined, and very easy to do. We were also initally unsure what size speakers to buy, to which Monster and its employees with their incredible customer service and in house expertise quickly recommended the perfect size speakers for our situation. So I will say that they have excellent expertise and really recommend the best product for you. Overall they are an excellent company, and I highly recommend them.

We've been using the Monster products for so long especially during our conventions. We need a high performance sound cable and only the Monster products can give us what we need. The name MONSTER is perfect because it sounded strong and powerful.They have an indispensable component for music lovers, audiophiles, recording studios, sound professionals, musicians, custom-installers and home theater enthusiasts. We've had a great experience with Monster Cable Products. Customer service has been excellent in providing support for their products. If there was an issue with any of the products we purchased, customer service stepped in and took care of it right away.

Needs to improve: Of course when you pay for a Monster Product, you pay much more than other brands. Quality is great but you're going to pay a premium for these.

When we were designing a commercial theater system for interpretative programs related to environmental sciences presentations, we went with Monster Cable. We were going to have a surround sound system that needed to replicate outdoor environments and Monster Cable was the only company with wires that could handle the expected power demands. They provided technical support and the finished product was spectacular. Very easy to work with.

Strengths: Super high conducting audio cables which can supply the necessary wattage to commercial theater sound systems. Unique design with proprietary fittings make sure the system will stand up to years of constant use. National presence with a local source.

Needs to improve: The price of copper does not make Monster Cable products cheap.

We had an immediate need for sound canceling headphones. We contacted Monster cable Products Inc. due to someone recommending them as an excellent place for this device. They had a few options to choose from along with an extensive selection of In-ear headphones. We purchased one of the noise-cancelling headphones. They fit on the head well and the sound quality was great. A couple of drawbacks, the ear cushion could be a bit deeper, does not kill all outside sounds, and the price was a bit high.

We contracted Monster Cable as we needed a partner as we were designing a client specific one off prototype. Monster cable's staff was extremely helpful and offered insight as to how best to proceed. We order various cables and connectors for our prototype and were able to put something together extremely quickly. Ease of ordering and quick lead times made Monster a great supplier and design partner. Will continue to order from and happy to refer.

We use their electronic connectors in our dialysis machines on a daily basis and they are very good quality and some of the most reliable power supply that we have ever used. We have rarely had any problems with their power supply. The price range on these electronic connectors is fair in my opinion and their shipments are always on time.

their A/V cables are good quality. i just think you overpay for it. there are many other places to go to get good quality cables without paying for the cost you would with monster
