American Precision Prototyping

We been using American Precision Prototyping for years for assistance for our prototype plastic design for the bezel on our new desk top enclosures. American Precision 3D rapid prototypes have provided us with the exact detail, so we can evaluate the overall interface of the bezel to the enclose. This cuts down the risk that we will have to take when we spend money on the tooling for our injected molded parts. Their customer service staff is very friendly, easy to work with, and very quick to respond to inquiries and provide us with quotes and delivery schedules. The time spent on the phone or email is worth it as they are able to address all answers and concerns - great technical support.

We had numerous designs to prototype so having American Precision handle this task was very beneficial to us. The quotes they gave were accurate, the service was provided very quickly, and their staff was always very helpful and friendly. We valued their partnership in our manufacturing supply chain and will use them on future projects as well.

Company reach out to them for our protytping needs we also use them for our sheet metal fabriction,welding, designs and lay out option for our manufacturing electronics assembly. Their customer service are very friendly and helpful support. Their producta are durable quality.

Under tight deadlines, APP always provided great customer service and delivered on time. The parts we received were always properly packed and accounted for.

Strengths: The Accura clear materials were are the most precise of any company we have used before. The clarity of the parts were fantastic and aesthetically great.

Needs to improve: One thing they would improve on is the online quoting process.
