American Ultraviolet is comprised of three operating divisions, at least one of which you're most likely already familiar with. The American Ultraviolet division manufactures UV curing systems and components, including additive lamps, to primarily cure inks and coatings for a wide variety of applications, including screen and digital printing and wood processing. The Aetek UV Systems division provides advanced UV integrated curing system equipment for the narrow-web, industrial, and large-web shutter industries. The Lesco division specializes in high-intensity UV LED curing systems, including spot curing systems that bond substrates together using UV-curable adhesives for markets that include aerospace, electronics and medical devices, among others.

Used Lesco Spot systems in numerous applications - some requiring automated remote triggering. Prefer Lesco brand over competitors for cost and ease of use.
Strengths: Lesco UV Division offers semi-customizeable UV spot cure solutions and radiometers. Systems are easier to remotely interface to than competitors.
Needs to improve: Dual wands can often have longer lead times
A good source for UV curing systems when you are on a budget. American provides competitive process and offer good quality uv curing systems. A good alternative to Omnicure
Strengths: Competitive prices, UV curing systems, lower maintenance costs
Needs to improve: Not as many options available
I've used a number of AU UV cure systems. They are reliable and cost effective. Not as many features as some of the competitors, but controllable enough for a validated manufacturing environment at a lower price point.
