We were referred to Applied Mechatronics as we sought out automation components for our assembly. Needless to say, they represent the industry's finest and thus offer access to a wide selection of the leading names in automation products and components. Customer service was great as they kept us updated on the latest solutions and helped guide us for the best product/application fit. Their team was extremely knowledgeable. Competitive quotes, wide selections, constant communication and follow up was refreshing as we're not the biggest firm.

In R&D Engineering we use Applied Mechatronics for their ball-slides for our fixtures. Their ball slides and linear bearings are used for testing and on one of our sub-assemblies that need high precision without a binding issue - reliable and dependable products. Applied Mechatronics is able to supply products that meet our needs without any issues or failures. Their customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable of their product line, accurate quotes and price competitive.

We have purchased custom cables from Applied Mechatronics in the past. Their staff is very friendly and spent the time upfront to identify the right type of cables for our needs. Very happy with the results. They do a good job of providing both high quality products and service. We plan to continue using them on a go forward basis.

We have been ordering our pump motor heads from them for our machines. They are very compact and well built once in awhile the optical sensor will be out of line but they are easily realigned if needed. They have good customer service and are easy to communicate with over the phone. A+

Strengths: We use Applied Mechatronics for their flex cables on our assemblies and testing process for our medical products. Their customer service are very helpful and knowledgeable of their product. Quotes are accurate and price is competitive. Delivery is on time. The quality so far has been very good giving us high yields during test. No complaints.

We currently order our stepper motors from them on a regular basis. We always receive a great quality product from the every stepper motor comes individually packaged and secured. Every once in awhile we will get one or two motors that will fail right out the box but fir the most part they are good motors.

We have used them for cable custom builds. They quality of the cable is great, very sturdy and secure. These cables are used in manufacturing of our electrical release unit for coiling in neurology. These have to be very reliable cables for sending. Very reliable and efficient in use. Meets and exceeds our manufacturing specifications. Great customer service
