Artemisia Botanicals

I buy some of my essential oils and Aromatherapy supplies for my Massage Therapy business at Artemisia Botanicals. They seem to cater more to the "witchy" crowd in Salem, MA looking for spell casting supplies, but I find that they also have a good variety of essential oils, dry herbs and glass bottles for mixing Aromatherapy blends. I've never had friendly service, but they are knowledgable when asked a direct question. The prices seem high, but they don't have a lot of competition in the area unless you have the time to shop online.

Strengths: Great product variety.

Needs to improve: Customer service could be better.
