My has been using Associated Services for the past 10+ years on a weekly basis. The delivery guy and the phone reps are extremely nice and really take care of us. They even bring us a small holiday gift each year :)
Strengths: Associated Services has been around for many years and knows the needs of their communities. They offer a wide variety of Teas and supplies for the break room. They also have great customer service.
Needs to improve: When items are back ordered we get the notice the day of delivery and there have been instances when the back ordered item is of great necessity.
