Needs to improve: Seems to be busy all the time, lines are always loooong just get a service. Seems to be understaff always
Our experience to this vendor is not that good. Me and my co workers change banks as this bank give many hidden charges and high fees. They had good website and the branches are anywhere to find that is so accessible. The branches are clean and neat the atmosphere is great. The employees are friendly and helpful that serve them a customer oriented company. Try them!

I love how Bank of America is always clean, any branch I go into is clean and set up relatively the same. The staff inside Bank of America is very friendly and always willing to help.

Needs to improve: Bank of America has to many hidden fees, they need to be more honest about all of there charges for the different accounts. When calling into the customer service for banking there are to many options to go through, I would like to be able to press one button and get a live person on the phone. Not every person likes to deal with automated services.

My firm use Bank of America as our operating account for many years, they provide great business banking service,no matter go to their location or on line, we are very happy with their service.
Strengths: knowledgeable staff, great customer service,efficient on line banking.
Needs to improve: none
The attendants are accommodating, particularly in the business line. I'm able to make quick and easy deposits at the end of the business day with no fuss.

Needs to improve: Slow, long lines
