We are a local company that has been around since 1957, with a large inventory and a highly trained staff. We serve a multitide of markets, including Semiconductor, Biomed, Vacuum, and the Wine and Beverage industry. Our goal is to satisfy, and exceed when possible, our customers' needs while helping to find cost effective, high quality sealing solutions for their project requirements.

Our company has great experience with Bay Seal Co. Their account managers help us with material selection, seal and profile design, problem solving, sampling and prototyping, as well as failure analysis and recommendations.
Strengths: Our company has be doing business with Bay Seal Company for over 4 years. They have experienced and knowledgeable account managers and customer service representatives to help us with our sealing needs.
Needs to improve: Because of the size of the company, Bay Seal Co might not be able to provide their customers with the lowest price, however, our company believes it is worth a cost to do business with them since they provide excellent services.
Very good service and support. We had 2 suppliers and one of them (in South San Jose) became just too hard to work with. We now use Bay Seal as our main supplier. They are very knowledgeable and flexible.

Strengths: Bay Seal has a good stock of seals, from standard to obscure orings. I've used them for Parker specialty seals too.
Needs to improve: price could be a bit more competative, but I've only used them for prototype qty's.
Good secondary supplier of seals for our medical devices that require a depnedable seal so no moisture causes corrosive damages. These are reliable and good quality.
Strengths: Good selection on shapes and sizes for seals
