Benchmark is the vendor we used in company several times and you know what we haven't any issues regarding to them and I can say that this vendor provide us quality products that we are using in our devices. We utilize a wide variety of materials as our assembly produces highly customized solutions for our many clients. Benchmark serves as our one stop shop to source a wide selection of materials. Great customer service that is friendly and helpful to our needs. Price is low cost and the delivery is fast and on time. I can say the quality are high and durable! a lot of products can be selected onto your needs. I personally recommend this!

Needs to improve:

Customer service provided a vast knowledge of their circuit boards. They answered every question we had and even provided test boards. Benchmark's prices were very competitive and when you combine that with a quality product, you have an instant winner. Shipping was fast and arrived on time!

We have used Benchmark in the past mainly their circuit boards for our dialysis machines. My personal opinion they are very reliable and durable which is essential for the functionality of our device over a period of time. I don't really know why we stopped using their boards maybe it was a price reason.

Strengths: They carry a descent line of electronic components and circuit boards.

Needs to improve: They are a little pricy and sometimes they don't have what you need.

We have purchased in bulk, raw metals and other materials from Benchmark. They are a no-frills firm providing excellent quality raw materials at competitive prices. They are very efficient, and some may not like the minimal customer service, but that is probably part of their business model in order to continue providing competitive prices. We just wished they were closer as shipping can be expensive for these bulk purchases!

We've used their circuit boards in the passed for our dialysis machines. in my opinion they were very reliable and hardly ever shorted out or gave us any problems their transducers were also very durable and . rarely bent or broke when putting on our pressure tubing I don't know why my company moved on to another vender?

they are one of our secondary sources for circuit boards that we install into our dialysis machines on a daily basis. the boards are very good quality and have shown to be pretty reliable as well. the circuit boards are also very durable and have passed any and al stress tests. good pricing and on time shipments.
