We have user Osi Electronics for assembly of our PCBs for production. They are an EMS company with a long establish history of reliability. They offer both Consignment and Turnkey manufacturing, which is great for our company’s strategy. Their internal sales staff was very helpful with accurate quotes, process information, delivery schedules and keeping us abreast of the process of our PCBs throughout the whole process - beginning thru end.

Strengths: OSI Electronic is one our source building a few of our assemblies. They are an EMS company with a well establish history. They offer both Consignment and Turnkey manufacturing which is great for our company. We currently have them to build some of our PCBA and some mechanical assemblies for our medical equipment. They can be a bit pricey. The quality is good and a very reliable source. The quotes are accurate and the delivery is on time.

Their connectors and components are very dependable and of great quality. Their customer service is very knowledgeable and always helps insure your order is accurate. We have purchased liquid crystal displays from OSI and have never been disappointed. They have been a good supplier and have provided excellent service after the sale. Their sales group is excellent in finding solutions and have often times found great alternatives that have saved us time and money during product development. This is key when it comes to staying on track. Volume pricing is available. We have never been let down to date.

We use these electronic connectors in our assembly, and all parts purchased from Osi seem to be very durable. There pricing is fair, and shipping is efficient. We procure customized components for our assembly from OSI. Customer service is great but lead times are often unreliable. However, their team does make the effort to correct any issues as we've never had issues with quality once received. Will continue to reach out to but will be wary of lead times.

Their connectors are also very durable and have been "beaten up" quite a bit in our warehouse. They are also fast and have decent pricing. I highly recommend them.

OSI provides manufacturing of numerous cable and wire harness designs for my company. Design Changes of released assemblies tend to be a headache. Leadtimes are often a issue with leadtimes as much as 16 weeks.
