Great service and product. Usually very reliable. Can handle a large corporation or entity.
Strengths: Benesyst provides contract management of our Employee Health Account services. They have a great personalized website with individual account access. For Employee medical reimbursement, they make is so simple and provide a Visa card for account access. This is so much simpler then a submittal reimbursement process. Go to the Doctor, pay with the card and the fee is deducted from the Health Savings account. The individual account management and access is very well laid out and easy to navigate. Our employees can access their account 24/7 and make changes without having to come into Human Resources. Our HR people also can manage workers accounts and have great monitoring. This is so much better then other systems.
Needs to improve: If there is a network disruption, Benesyst cannot be accessed.

We contract Benesyst to manager our health services account management. They manage the systems efficiently to keep track of all claims seamlessly. By outsourcing, we were able to free up our time to focus on new business development. Great customer service, implementation and ease of use. Expert staff are easy to research and thoroughly explain solutions
