Bentec supplies most of the plastic tubing that we use for production of guide catheters, triple lumen central line kits, etc. They offer us a wide selection of tubing to select from and also has helped us implement a heat shrinking procedure in house. A couple of times we had issues with bubbling during our heat shrinking process and we worked closely with Bentec to solve the problem and it was an easy and seamless process. They are professional, knowledgeable, and an easy group to work with. Their pricing scheme I'd say is about standard compared to what I've seen from other competitors. What makes them stand out is their customer service and their willingness to include themselves in your process and answering questions that you may have.

We've been mostly sourcing Bentec medical for their medical grade tubing to use in our products. We've also contracted them for some of their manufacturing capabilities when we need to move some of our work due to high demand. Product wise I feel Bentec Medical has high quality products at a reasonable price. They have been willing to work with us on some custom products which is very beneficial to us. On the manufacturing side, we enjoy working with them because they have the same attention to detail we do, therefore we are always confident that the work will be done right. Would highly recommend looking into them for you medical product or manufacturing needs.

We have used Bentec medical to supply us with tubing. Their products are high quality and have met specifications on our end without any difficulty. Their yields are high and we can count on them to quickly fulfill our orders quickly, making it easy when you are finding yourself in a bind for time. Their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and will point you in the right direction if they are unable to answer a question for you. Pricing is fair depending on how big of a lot size you order.

The quality is good that gave us satisfaction as well as to our clients that are the most important part. Their products are high quality and we have no issues on QC on our end with excellent yields. Their products have stood up to all of our lab testing as well as field testing. Strengths: We use Bentec for their silicone tubing, silicone T-Tubes for our equipment. We having been using them for many years now. Most of the tubes are purchase in bulk. Their products are high quality and have met our specifications consistently. Their customer service are very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. There are times we are about to run short of tubing in manufacturing and when we call them to expedite orders, Bentec came through and met our demands.

We use Bentec as one of our main supplier for medical grade tubing and components. Their products are exceptional. Customer service is very professional. Their engineers are willing to work with you to build custom products as well. They have a fast turn around time and would be suitable for high or small volume projects. Through our inspection criteria, we have gotten good yield with their products and it has never given us any trouble with qualifying on our projects.

We have used Bentecmed for numerous years now, we have changed to this vendor for many reasons. Peace of mind, its very connivence for us. Its a local company near us and they treat us like high value customers. Which we are! We love their custom work and they always give us fair prices with fast shipment. Which is why we chose them. We have purchased stock (off the shelf) silicone tubing for use in our bench model and silicone sheet for use in our device itself. Customer service was helpful in finding the parts that I needed, and shipment of all components was fast and accurate. The sheeting came sterile, which increased the cost, but it was in stock and certified medical grade material, so I have no complaints. Great vendor to work with when you can't wait for custom silicone parts.

We mostly use Bentec to purchase silicone tubing for bench testing model. Most of them are from the shelf so the order came on time and the price is right. I had use Bentec once for silicone sheet to use as a seal in cutting tool. I had talked to customer service and sale/engs and they are friendly and tell me straight what they can do and what they can't. Great team.

We currently use a few silicone products from Bentec. The quality is outstanding and they can be very accommodating. They agreed to all of our requirements such as conducting a measurement system analysis, process FMEA and process capability study. I

Needs to improve: Getting a quote can sometimes be a slow process and they tend to be rather costly,

i’ve purchased off the shelf tubing and sheets from bentec at several previous companies and all products have met specifications. their off the shelf product has a short lead time, so they are a great alternative when time is not on your side. their product also comes with certification of medical grade, which is critical in med device.
